Howdy Crew! was founded by Megan Wilson — a production pro with deep roots in the Southwest, born and raised on the Navajo Nation and now proudly serving Arizona and the Four Corners film and TV communities. Over the past seven years, she’s worked across a wide range of productions throughout the state and beyond.

She began her career behind the camera at live sporting and music events then gradually transitioned into commercial and TV work. Over the years, she’s taken on roles in production, locations, camera, and crew support — including PA, coordinator, crafty, field producer, and utility. That wide-ranging experience revealed a consistent need: crews work best when they’re supported by people who understand every corner of set life.
